Woodlands Primary School and Nursery

Four Hills Education Trust

We are excited to share some big news about the future of our school.

After extensive collaboration and consultation with all stakeholders, we are delighted to announce that Woodlands will soon officially part of the Four Hills Education Trust. This is a big step forward for our school, and we are thrilled to begin this new chapter.

Introducing Four Hills Education Trust

This is a fantastic opportunity for us to build upon the things you already love about our school and make the future even brighter for our children.

Our new trust is founded on four core values that will guide everything we do:

  • Critical thinking
  • Aspiration
  • Resilience
  • Empathy

Together, these values spell CARE, which represents our commitment to shaping every step of our children’s education. By climbing together as one team, we can share ideas, resources, and support to give our children the best possible education.

The schools joining us on this journey are:

These schools care as much as we do about providing our children with an excellent education. Together, we are confident that we can do amazing things for our pupils, staff, and the wider community.

Why This Is Good News

Joining the trust brings several key benefits for our children and staff:

  • Working Together: We will be able to share the best ideas and tools with our partner schools, improving teaching and learning for everyone.
  • Better Learning: This collaboration provides more training for our teachers and new resources for our classrooms, directly benefiting your child’s education.
  • Smarter Spending: Teaming up helps us save money and plan more effectively for the future, ensuring we make the best use of our resources.
  • More for Children: Our children will have access to more clubs, activities, and opportunities to connect with children from other schools.
  • Keeping Our Uniqueness: We will still hold on to what makes Meadows special, even as part of a bigger team. Our unique identity and community spirit will continue to thrive.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

We are looking forward to this new chapter and all the wonderful things we will achieve together.
